    Remarks

She's a great plane, solid, reliable, and easy to fly (so long as fast doesn't bother you!).

It can make it from Asheville, NC to Dallas, Key West, or Freeport in the Bahamas, non-stop. I use it to commute to work and escape on weekend trips.

2 Softie Parachutes (used for IFR in the mountains).

Conditional by pro-shop scheduled for early May included w/ sale or price can be reduced.

Recent work includes: new seals on all struts, all hydraulic actuators rebuilt, new hyd pump, new nose strut (upgraded), new prop seal, prop checked/ repainted by South Coast, new brake lines & tires, GNS480 & VM1000 screens replaced, new cylinders on passenger brakes, new vacuum pump.

It's reasonable on insurance, cheap to hangar due to it's size, and easy to maintain due it's simplicity and ongoing corporate support.

There's a reason everyone wants a Glasair III - Ready to fly now!
