Sportsman II 2+2.  One owner-builder from factory 'Two weeks to taxi' program. 
Note from the Broker; I just sold a really nice Czech Sport after months of talking to folks who wanted a perfect plane for nothing. It sold, went to Florida, the new owner LOVES it and has had zero issues.   
This Sportsman is even better; it has NO issues, is complete, dry, beautiful and ready to fly.  Folks keep asking questions that in reality would never have anything to do with the joy of owning this plane: who cares what the GDL92 i connected to? .  It's a real life, like new gem. Fly into Santa Fe from Denver, Dallas, Houston on any of many flights.  The plane is 100 yds. from the terminal.

222 hours total time, airframe and engine.  No damage, all logs. No issues, no 'back story' of why it has a new prop!  This plane is an understated eye catcher.  Coordinated paint/interior color by well known designer. 
Full Advanced digital PFD/MFD panels,GNS 430 WAAS, additional Garmin 696 with traffic from full in/out ADSB. 
TruTrak autopilot w altitude pre-select and climb rate, Garmin GMA 340 audio panel, Garmin SL 40 #2 comm and  430 GPS Comm/nav for full 'IFR' functionality. Garmin ILS/CDI indicator. Garmin XPNDR ADSB.
