Excellent Grumman AA-1 Yankee for sale. Great plane for PPL, IFR, Commercial, CFI/II and time-building. Paperwork is super clean, organized, and will stand up to any FAA DPE on a checkride. Updated W&B, equipment list, AD compliance, and complete logs. Last annual completed September 2021. Complete records and receipts work and equipment installed. Detailed AD compliance list for propeller, engine, magnetos, carb, and airframe, including mandatory service bulletins. Updated equipment list to match updated Weight and Balance.  12 STC's, all 337s recorded.
