Great condition, 512TT AF/E Lycoming O-235, approx 40 hrs on MT prop. Garmin G3X, Garmin G5, Garmin, Garmin GMA 245 Intercom, Garmin Nav/Com, Garmin GPS GNX375, Garmin 2 Axis autopilot, New MT Control box, wire harness and brush block for MT prop. Wire harness was soldered to brush block, brush block was adjusted and safetied and the prop pitch was adjusted at MT propeller in Deland Florida. In 2018 all hydraulic lines were replaced and all gear and door cylinders were rebuilt. Additionally, Carb was rebuilt, New alternator. Spring of 2023 all engine gauges were replaced with mostly Electronic International. Legit 150kts in cruse 7500ft at 6.7 gal/hr. Fast and Efficient. Has some expected wear in paint and interior cloth. Overall this is a plane you will be proud to own and fly. I love this plane but lost my medical so I refuse to just allow it to sit, I want someone to enjoy it. Last Condition inspection 7/1/23.
