Video walk-around: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R7BlO1CTyU4 N404YG is a beautifully presented Lancair IV-P that has benefited from extensive upgrades, recent refurbishment and attentive maintenance. I purchased a turboprop because my growing family requires more space, so it is time for the Lancair to find a new owner. This is not a distressed sale. I am looking for a serious, qualified and experienced buyer who understands the value of a properly maintained and extensively upgraded IV-P. Reasonable offers supported by genuine comparable aircraft are welcome; unrealistic or low-ball offers will not be considered. HIGHLIGHTS Approximately 900 hours since full engine overhaul Approximately 500 hours since top overhaul Recently overhauled turbochargers and wastegate Recently overhauled propeller 2023 paint, interior and windshield replacement Pressurized cabin Ice-cold air conditioning with belly scoop Risse Racing front strut and latest linkage High-performance braking system Extensive AeroLED lighting for excellent nighttime visibility No known outstanding squawks N404YG offers an exceptional combination of speed, efficiency and pressurized comfort. Depending on altitude, loading, conditions and power setting, it can cruise at approximately 250 KTAS in the high teens and low twenties while burning approximately 16 GPH. The aircraft is currently at Cascade Aircraft in Boise, Idaho, undergoing its annual condition inspection. The inspection will be completed, but final sign-off will not occur until the agreed purchase funds have been deposited in full with a mutually acceptable escrow company. Inspection invoices and complete aircraft logs are available to serious buyers upon request. The sale may be contingent upon the aircraft performing as represented during an acceptance flight. That flight will take place after escrow has been fully funded and before the transaction is finalized, subject to the terms of the purchase agreement. I am also willing to provide limited post-sale transition support. If the buyer completes their initial Lancair training in Boise and keeps the aircraft there during training, I will cover qualifying aircraft-related mechanical squawks discovered during the first 10 flight hours after delivery. All inspections and repairs must be performed by Cascade Aircraft and approved by me in advance. This support is intended for legitimate mechanical squawks attributable to the aircraft's condition at delivery. It does not cover pilot-induced damage, misuse, operational exceedances, normal wear, consumables, cosmetic items, optional improvements or previously disclosed conditions. Complete terms will be included in the purchase agreement. OWNER FINANCING Owner financing may be available to qualified buyers with a minimum of 50% down and mutually acceptable 24- to 36-month terms. Insurance requirements and premiums vary significantly according to experience, ratings, training and time in type. Buyers should obtain a Lancair-specific quotation early in the process.
