Low airframe time at 3086 TT. 2106 SMOH and running strong, starting easy. 2827 tt on the motor. Last annualed in 2017 when the most recent buyer purchased it. It has been flown monthly for about 85 hours 2017 to recently.
The interior was redone with plastics painted, carpet and seats redone in 2010. Also new windscreen in 2010.

Paint is original and needs a polish which I might be giving it. There are a few chips and some rusty screw heads, but no dents or dings in a really straight plane.
There is some fuel seeping around an inspection port. Tanks were last stripped and resealed in 2008.
ADS-B recently added. Logbooks are complete but not electronic.
I am happy to answer questions, and I have it scheduled to be run through the local shop and annualed in the next couple weeks. I thought I would put it out there as is in the meantime. It's in my hangar and I am selling to get into a Cessna 172 or 182 and go slow...
