Exterior Condition:  
The paint is in good condition overall! It has a lot of shine to it, and only small imperfections here and there. There is no hail damage or instances of corrosion to be found!

Interior Condition: 
The interior definitely is original and has indications of wear. The seats are intact with normal signs of usage, however no tears or rips in upholstery. All of the interior panels are present with some small cracks here and there, but overall, the interior shows well!

Remarks

Logbook Condition: 
Logs are complete and in good condition.

Ownership History: 
Previous owner had the Mooney for about a year before he lost his medical. Since then, he decided to sell the airplane so it may be flown as it should be.
