This plane is ADS-B compliant. Maintenance work completed on the aircraft includes a large service in 2021, where new brakes, batteries, and tires were installed, along with an upgrade of the Landing, Taxi, Wing Nav, Strobe, Tail Strobe, and Belly Beacon lights to LED. Both left-hand and right-hand main gear shock discs were also replaced. In 2022, a major overhaul was performed on both the engine and propeller. The following year, a full engine and propeller teardown inspection was conducted due to a prop strike incident. During this incident, the propeller struck the towbar during startup; however, the engine did not ignite as it was only powered by the starter motor. No issues were found during the inspection, other than the propeller requiring some paint touch-up.
Note: We bought the plane 3 years ago, the previous owner had the plane since 2000. The plane is in great shape and flies beautifully! The plane is a beautiful, fast cross-country IFR platform that burns approx. 14 gal/hr at cruise of around 175kts. It has a 89 gallon fuel capacity, and 6+ hours range. It has served us exceptionally well, but our group is now pursuing different interests, prompting this sale.
The plane is still occasionally flying so the numbers are not 100% up to date.

Interior / Exterior
Interior 8/10:
The airplane's interior is in excellent condition. It features light gray leather upholstery on all seats, which are well-cushioned and show minimal signs of wear. The cabin is spacious and comfortable, with ample legroom and headrests for the rear passengers.
Exterior 8/10:
This airplane is in very good condition. It features a well-maintained red and white paint scheme with a glossy, vibrant finish, showing no chipping or major scratches. The registration number and other markings are clear and intact. The fuselage and wings are free from visible corrosion or significant wear, maintaining a clean and polished look. The wings and tail surfaces show no dents or damage.
