The bad: Corroded wing skin, interior of wings appear to be okay, and prop AD. Instruments are all vintage(old), it does not have ADSB Not in Annual Last flown in 2018 No trades or silly low-ball offers. I will not be parting the plane out. Some sections of the wing skin need replaced, the structure of the wing and wing spars appear to be in good shape. With some work it should be able to ferry.

This is a project plane that will need some work. The engine sounds strong and a Navion enthusiast could get it flying again. In my opinion, the engine itself is worth at least 11K.
