Remarks

This Aircraft had a hard landing October 2006.   Repair work order is attached with the documents.   Engine was inspected and repaired at Custom Air motive in Tulsa, OK.   All Airframe work was repaired at Calkins Aero Services, Houston TX.     All logs are attached in the documents.
