Airframe

Very low total time, with no known damage history. Clean airframe, no corrosion. All logs since new. "Factored Service Hours" are just 1178!

Engines / Mods / Prop

10 hours since custom major overhaul with new cylinders (cylinders have a 36 month warranty from Superior Air Parts). Overhaul included mags and carb, with NEW engine mounts, oil pump, camshaft, ignition harness, oil and fuel hoses, etc, etc.... Engine runs smooth and strong! Overhauled in July 2026.

Interior / Exterior

New custom interior in high-end leatherette (Saddle and Crimson)

Exterior paint in very good shape: very light grey base paint with metallic burgundy and silver-grey accents. Well above average condition, with very good shine and coverage. The wheel pants, lower cowl, and spinner are newly refurbished and repainted. 
New side windows this year, all glass in excellent condition.

Remarks

If you are looking for a low-time Archer that you can be proud of, and won't have to throw money at or make excuses for....you found it. We just completed the following upgrades on this aircraft: Engine overhaul ($42K and 4 months downtime), New Interior ($7900 and 4 weeks downtime), new side windows ($2950 and 1 week downtime), Wheelpants, lower cowl, and spinner refurbished and repainted ($3000 and 3 weeks downtime), Fresh  annual and IFR cert, etc......   All it needs now is a loving home, add fuel and go fly! Digitized logs available upon request.
