Great Aircraft Just out of annual this month. It is one of the cleanest well keep aircraft of its kind. A aircraft that has all the upgrades. Just got a new Tanis Heat system installed, two new aft windows, new slick magneto harnesses, new 406 ELT, all LED lights, and new tires with all new brake lines.  It also has a sky-beacon for ADSB. The engine has 61.48 hours on it since top overhaul. It also has a G2 4 channel engine monitor system installed this year with new throttle and mixture cable. It has a O-320-E2A Lycoming 
160 HP engine in it. With a  Sensenich 74DM6-0-58 propeller. Clean logs.

Interior is in good condition normal wear.
Paint is in excellent condition.
Very clean aircraft went through extensive annual.
