Detailed Description

N56558 has served as a Flight School Aircraft for Berkshire Aviation since 2016 and has done an excellent job serving us all those years. The aircraft is starting to show slight use as a primary trainer but still has strong bones and would be a great aircraft for someone looking to put just a little TLC into it. Engine is just over TBO but all compressions mid 70's and still runs strong with no issues. Every student and licensed pilot has absolutely loved flying it, flies straight and true with no problems.

Avionics / Equipment

Garmin GPS 150XL VFR GPS
PMA 7000M-S Audio Panel 4 place intercom
Garmin SL30 (we have it but not installed)
Apollo SL40 Comm
Narco AT 150 TSO Transponder
ADS-B Compliant by UAvionix Tailbeacon

#1 Nav/Comm not installed as when we got an overhauled unit from Sarasota Avionics it started cutting out and not working properly. Both the overhauled SL30 from S.A. and the old Apollo SL30 come with the aircraft

Airframe

TTAF 5502
Altimeter/Transponder test done 7/1/2022
New MN1300 ELT Batteries 7/1/2022

Wing Spar AD compiled with 12/20

Airframe is in great shape free of corrosion and only has a couple of cosmetic issues. Aircraft came with A/C but it was taken out before we got the aircraft, overheard duct fan still works.

Interior / Exterior

Exterior 8/10
Paint is white and green with gold accents, it is in decent shape could use a good wax job but it has typical chipping and wear and tear as a flight school aircraft. Painted by Keyson Airways 8/1998

Interior 6.8/10
Interior could defiantly use some work, most of it is clean but the leather seats do have some tears in them but they are covered up with the sheepskin covers, I tried to picture the imperfections as best as possible

Logs are scanned and can be viewed under the 'Documents' Tab

Aircraft has served us great never being in an incident or accident under our flight school. The aircraft is just too heavy for operating out of the small strip were located at as well as we're changing our fleet over to Warriors.

Not pictured: Rear seats were removed when we bought the plane for insurance purposes so there are rear seats with little to no use included with the plane. Wheel pants including Knots 2U covers will be installed before sale.
