N6824J is a great airplane and is capable for IFR. Just replaced carb in October and replacing magneto, plugs, and wing root seals currently. Aircraft was purchased in spring of 2023 for the sole purpose of improving the aircraft and turning it over to a pilot with the specific mission of building hours or having a great commuter purpose. Aircraft has low time given its age and was owned for multiple years by an A&P who kept amazing records. All AD's complied with.
