1962 Piper Cherokee 150

Selling our beloved PG (James Bond Reference😁). A 1962 PA-28-150. My best friend and I are moving on to a Turbo Dakota. This airplane was completely redone in 2012 including paint, and interior. Very retro look and gets lots off attention on the ramp. Perfect VFR airplane that needs nothing. 4360TT and 698SMOH. Fly every time weather allows, so these will change. Compressions all in the 75-77 range. Oil samples done at every oil change. The last one was so good the note's literally said we must be "living right" because the numbers were that good. Interior perfect with 4 place intercom. 2 AV-30's installed and vacuum system removed. Garmin 496 coupled to them and they are AWESOME!!! ADSB out with tail beacon, 3 point shoulder harnesses up front, and Rosen visors. VREF is $68k but doesn't include all the extras and new parts. No squawks, with the exception of an outdated VOR. Exterior 8 out of 10.  We love the paint job.  Gets lots of compliments.  Very minor chips, but paint glossy and in very good shape.

Remarks

This is an amazing plane.  We love to fly her and really want to see it go to a good home.  You will not find a cleaner 150.  Need to see to appreciate.
VREF $68K but does not include many of the extras.
