Detailed Description

Recently overhauled top to bottom, very well maintained cher 6.  lot's of power and room for 6 with new interior.  I've been told by many it's one of the nicest cher 6 out there.  

Plane was in a flight club, plus one in carlsbad ca, and during a flight expereinced a bird strike that resulted in damage, some of which has been repaired - remaining items from both the club use and birdstrike at approximately 60K and include;

1. hard landing - both wings are being resurfaced and landing gear rebuilt/replaced as needed
2. water damage to some electronics - being repaired currently
3. cosmetic damage to interior  - being repaired currently

Current annual and repair costs are approx. 70K and being covered by insurance.  I am selling the plane in as-is condition  with repairs estimated to take 6 months (estimated completion around April/May 2024).

FAQs
- The engine was taken out and sent to the manufacturer to redo all the cylinders and replace the heads in 2021.  Approx. 150 hours since.
- I've had the plane approx. 5 years and selling to purchase a larger plane
- There is no corrosion.
- Yes, one wing was replaced due to ADs, the other checked out - Both are being completed refinished right now.
- All ADs are current
- Annual is done but will be refreshed upon wing completion. 
- Plane had a birdstrike approx. 5 months ago.  New windshields, new trim, and other minor repairs were done.
- I do not have a scanned copy of the logs, but they are all up to date and available when you view/see the plane. 
- The only non-working item is the autopilot - it requires calibration.  It turns on and it does track for a bit then begins to wander.  I have no other information than that as I was going to upgrade it at some point and have not looked into it further.
- All new LED lights
- 6 place radios
- The center seats can not be turned around without modification.
- I do not have any more pictures but would be happy to show you the plane. 
- Annual is done and will be current when the plane is completly back together in April/May 2024. 
- 140K is AS-IS today with all repairs being done and paid for by the insurance company.  I will reprice the plane after all repairs and estimate it's value greater than 180K.
