Oil sample is clean, compressions are all above 70, borescope is good, oil consumption is 1/4 qt per hour
Comes with 6 Brand new lycoming cylinder kits (doesnt need them at the moment, but good luck getting them later) they were $12,304 and are included in the purchase of the airplane.

This is the piper factory twin turbo normalizing io540-r1a5. The turbos are synced and controlled with an independent lever, it pulls back with the throttle to avoid accidental overboosting.

This is a fast single engine 6 place airplane. Gross is 3200 lbs, in reality, thats 4 adults, bags, and 90 gallons of fuel, or in my case, 2 adults, 4 kids, bags, and full fuel.

Painted, interior and windows replaced in 2005. Paint is OK, some places could use buffing.

Remarks

This is a rare plane, the guys who buy them typically keep them for 30+ years. I bought 6 new cylinders thinking it would need them sooner than later, and it just keeps plugging away, running great. All logs since new are with airplane. Why am I selling it? I thought my kids would like travelling in our own plane, I thought wrong. They prefer the RV, and Delta. Cant say I blame them, Im having all the fun flying above traffic, and speed traps, and idiot drivers. Im looking to replace it with a 185 Skywagon to go mess around off airport.
