Extremely low time Piper Lance! Plane is in incredible condition. Engine and Turbo both run strong. Took it to 14,000' last week and it climbed great. Auto pilot (automatic) and electric trim both work. Newly installed Sky-beacon (ADS-B out). Fresh annual (07/22). Landing gear completely replaced with new ties, tubes, bearings, brake discs, lining, and hoses. Nose gear actuator replaced. Engine driven fuel pump was overhauled, as was the turn coordinator and HSI.
