1/3 usage but only 1/4 the price!!!
This aircraft is based in Houston, Texas at Ellington field in a T-hanger. The aircraft is under partnership between three persons. I am selling my stake.
Available for purchase is a 25% stake in the aircraft but the three partners split the usage of the aircraft evenly and will continue to do so with the new partner. Fixed costs are split evenly between the three partners (insurance, hangar, and maintenance) w/ a hourly fee of $30 that is for engine and prop overhaul accounts. Any capital improvements are split by ownership percentage.
Currently, one partner owns 50% and the other two own 25%. The 50% owner receives no special treatment and receives only 1 voting share of the LLC formed for the aircraft.
The aircraft has been meticulously maintained by the previous owner until the current partnership purchased it out of Dallas and relocated it to Houston. It has always been hangared.
We see 145Kn True @9k ft., full gross (3600 lbs.) burning roughly 13 Gph. and is an incredibly stable and functional airplane. Since we have owned the aircraft, no major issues have been found. All partners are IFR certified and are experienced but that is not a prerequisite for any potential buyer.
