Detailed Description

1978 Piper Lance II 3306 TT 1396 SMOH. This aircraft is well-maintained and flies regularly. We have installed an engine monitor and uploaded all engine data to Savvy for their analysis service. We have also done an oil analysis at every oil change since purchase ( every 50 hrs or 4 months) and we have all of these records. This aircraft is a great cross-country traveler and has taken my wife and two kids all over the country. Any questions, feel free to reach out.

Avionics / Equipment

The panel currently has a G5 HSI, 530W, GTX 335 transponder, Garmin 350H audio panel, Garmin 225 com radio, and JPI EDM-900 primary engine monitor. The current setup has been really functional for IFR flying.

Autopilot is the original Altimatic IIIc two-axis autopilot, and it works well.

Airframe

The annual inspection was completed in May 2023. All Lo-presti speed mods. Will cruise 148 knots true 65% LOP approx 11.7 GPH with JPI engine monitoring. LED landing light.

Engines / Mods / Prop

Lycoming IO-540 300HP. 3-blade Hartzell top prop conversion.

Interior / Exterior

The exterior paint, I would say, is 5/10. It is dulled from time but not failing. Interior carpets and plastics were recently replaced, and 10/10. The seats are original but very clean, 8/10.
