The aircraft is kept in a hangar when not flying.
The exterior's cosmetic appear has begun to show its age. The paint is serviceable, but the next owner should consider repainting the aircraft sometime in the future.
The Fuel Tanks have a slightly different shade of paint because they were sent out for repair and repainted in the past.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The aircraft was originally exported to South Africa when the aircraft new in 1981. The aircraft returned to USA Registry in June of 2001.
The King KX-155 Nav / Com, KR-87 ADF, and the KN-64 DME displays show some wear / crazing.
The Front and Rear Door Stays are missing the spring that allows the stay to hold the door open.
Upper and Lower Stringer Plastics have been replaced and repainted but with no Stripes.
RH Stabilator leading edge skin paint color is slightly a different color shade.
The Upper and Lower Fiberglass Cowl should be refurbished at some point to enhance the cosmetic appearance. The fiberglass cowling has some material loss and spider web appearance cracks.
The LoPresti Wing Tip Light Lenses have some cracks that have been stop drilled.
