The interior is workable at a 7.5, redone about 20 years ago by the previous owner.
Remarks
This plane has a 20,000 feet ceiling, allowing high-speed travel in the jet stream. An Aerox oxygen tank is included. This is a reasonably priced turbocharged airplane with a powerful 200-horsepower engine. 3017K just received an extensive annual, including the turbo exhaust clamp, magneto AD compliance, and a new Gill 7035-28 sealed battery. The turbo allows strong lift off the runway in the hottest weather and high flying over the Rockies. It has a strong running profile and a stable IFR platform. After decades of flying I have decided to stop flying and to sell N3017K. I would consider any reasonable offer.
