A visual inspection of the aircraft shows no obvious signs of any damage or repairs. The logbooks are complete, original, well organized, legible and make no known reference to any previous airframe damage history.

The overall condition of the exterior is good. The finish has a moderate shine and there are no areas of missing paint. There are a few minor chips and scratches as expected.

Message From the Owner
This Piper Lance was our first airplane, and we love it. We are both Air Force Colonels and pilots and had put off buying a plane for all the usual reasons. Ultimately we took the plunge and found this Lance. After getting the interior re-done last year, we used it as much as we could. Unfortunately, we never seem to get enough time away from work to actually enjoy it. We only put about 40 hours on her our first year, and it just seemed like it wasn't working with our busy schedules. She's a great plane, a terrific cruiser, and she needs to be flown a lot more.

This 1978 Piper Turbo Lance is an awesome find! The airframe has a great pedigree, is well maintained and it comes with a complete set of original logs. The engine was overhauled by Triad and has just a little over 300 hours on it. The plane is IFR equipped with a Garmin 430 GPS/Nav/Com, a GTX335 transponder, a G5 flight display and more. The leather club seating is comfortable and nice looking. If you are looking for a long range six seater that can get you there in comfort and style without spending a lot of cash, this is your chance. At this price, it will not be available for very long, so be sure to contact us right away!
