Detailed Description

Nice airplane, flies regularly, great trainer, full IFR and good avionics, well maintained, no damage history. Fresh Annual  on 04-05-2023.  All AD's and inspections up to date.

Airframe

We found a little bit of corrosion in the left wing main spar in February 2021.
Spar (P/N) 62073-02 Assy) at approximately WS 44.5 ( Just behind the left fuel tank on the top) 
It was fixed by JB Aerostructures. The plane was back in service. No other issues with corrosion other than a little bit of surface corrosion here and there but nothing than I nice paint job could fix.

Fresh magnetos installed after the previous set presented a problem only after 70 hours of use. 

They were under warranty and sent back for inspection. They found a bad capacitor in the left magneto.

Remarks

Little oil leak coming down the carburetor after each flight. The issue was presented right after the engine was installed after overhaul. The engine shop who did the overhaul ( Don George Aircraft)   personally came and check all possible causes. Advisory from experts at Savvy Aviation could not find and answer either. Compression are excellent and the airplane flies good. We juts had to get used  to wipe off the oil residue after each flight. 
We need a multi-engine at the school, that is why we are selling the plane. We are in no rush to sell it, we will continue to fly it regularly.
