1987 SIAI MARCHETTI SF260C. Formally operated by the Italian Air Force. Upgraded late model engine, 3 blade MT prop, fully aerobatic with inverted system. E model wing with unique fully automatic fuel system. Hard to find these very expensive parts on any flying Marchetti aircraft. This aircraft operated in the experimental exhibition category.
4,944 hours since new. 1,792 hours since military IRAN (inspect and replace as necessary). At that time, military replaced wings with new E model double spar wings, automatic electric fuel system (no manual fuel selector in this aircraft) and new landing gear. Aircraft was decommissioned and transferred to civilian use soon after.
