Detailed Description

PRIVATE OWNER SALE - BUYERS ONLY

The aircraft was imported in to the US brand new from SOCATA France in January 2000. In July 2011, I purchased the aircraft (as a single owner) and imported it into Canada. The aircraft has no history of corrosion, accidents, prop strikes, wingtip strikes or gear-up landings and it has never been used in a flight school.

The aircraft has been privately owned and flown under both its Canadian and U.S. registrations. Additionally, the aircraft has always been hangared, which is reflected in the condition of the original paint and interior.

Engine / Propeller:
- The engine is original and had its crankshaft replaced in 2009 due to FAA AD 06-20-09 (Lycoming MSB 569A).
- Last annual engine cylinder compression check (March 2026): 77 / 75 /74 / 78 / 77 / 76.
- Hartzell 3 BLADE PROP (TOP PROP) HC-C3YR-1RF / F7693FB (with de-icing) installed under STC in 2011.
- The propeller was overhauled in 2022 and has a total Air Time since overhaul of 241 hours (as of August 8, 2026).

Remarks:
When the aircraft was registered in the US, FAA regulations did not require a journey log book and all maintenance was tracked using Tach Time (engine run time). However, Canadian regulations require a journey log book and maintenance was then tracked using Air Time (weight-off-wheels time).

Due to this difference in logging methods, the aircraft actually has less time than the hours in the maintenance logs. This lower time is supported by the condition of the airframe, paint, interior, as well as the annual compression checks. A complete breakdown (cross referenced to the aircraft logs) of the recorded time showing lower actual hours is available on request.

See attached list of factory installed equipment, upgrades and loose equipment that are included in the sale.

All flight, maintenance and equipment records (including from factory) are available upon request.

Aircraft could be delivered to an airport of choice in the US or Canada (subject to further discussion and agreement).

Aircraft is regularly flown and the information listed above is current up to August 8, 2026.
