Great amphibian airplane. With the installation of the DUC constant speed/reversible prop was a game changer as far as performance. Had to be recertified to experimental with the change of prop. Recent extensive annual, and five year hose replacement and since it's been recertified we replaced with lifetime silicone hoses. An honest 100 knots at 5300 RPMs and 4.0 gph. 24 gallons usable.

Had DUC propeller in Seabring Florida install a constant speed reversible propeller this is why it's been recertified to an experimental aircraft.

Remarks
Super Petrel is a light and safe amphibious aircraft. Is a percise flying aircraft and with the installation of the constant speed propellor it turned it into a very good performing plane on water and land.
The aircraft really exceeds expectations.
