Detailed Description

Aircraft is a nearly completed project.  It is in the middle of painting.  There is still masking on parts of the aircraft.  Health forces sale.  Project has all parts from Vans plus anything else, except ELT, to complete the project.  Lycoming O360-A1A, Whirlwind constant speed prop.  Custom airbox uses C172 filters.  Garmin GTR200 comms x2, Garmin GTX300 TRPDR, ADS-B in and out, PS Engineering audio panel.  Comms checked okay via nearby airbase. Flightlines cloth interior.  GRT EFIS and EIS.  Altimeter and Airspeed steam gauges with wet compass.  AR-15 pistol grips on joysticks.

All avionics new and never flown.

Airframe

Airframe built to Vans instructions with no modifications

Engines / Mods / Prop

Lycoming O360-A1A.  All gaskets and seals replaced.  Crankcase was not split.  Prop is new and unflown.

Interior / Exterior

Interior new and never flown.

Remarks

My intent was to fly this aircraft in late summer of 2026.  Doctor recommended I not fly anymore and have decided to hang it up.  I will assist with information after the sale to help familiarize new owner of systems as needed.
