The Pratt & Whitney Canada JT15D is the first turbofan engine made under the Pratt & Whitney Canada title. It is mostly used in business Jet aircraft. The JT15 models use a centrifugal compressor as the main pressure system. The engines are used in such aircraft as the Cessna Citation I, the Cessna Citation II, the Mitsubishi Diamond 1A, the Aerospatiale Corvette, the Siai Marchetti S.211, the Beechjet 400A, the Cessna Citation V, the Beechcraft Jayhawk, the Cessna T-47, and the DASA Ranger.
