Aircraft may be flown from DPS property near Jackson, Mississippi, before November 1, 2026.
Previously used for law enforcement and passenger transport.
Mississippi DPS will retain the N351MS tail number after the sale.

Maintenance Notes
Aircraft requires maintenance within the next 30 flight hours.
Maintenance items include engine overhaul, PU film, 90-degree air conditioner gearbox, and EECU exchange or replacement.
Engine module 2 has a calendar reset due by October 1, 2026.
Due to the EECU needing to be upgraded or replaced, the aircraft will not be certified to operate after November 1, 2026, until the EECU is overhauled.
The helicopter must be removed from Mississippi DPS property before November 1, 2026, or it will need to be transported by truck.

Sale Terms and Buyer Requirements
Dolly is not included in the sale.
Buyer must sign a 90-day letter of intent to have the police logo and decals painted over or removed.
This auction requires a $5,000 bid deposit, plus a $25 non-refundable processing fee. The $5,000 deposit will be applied to the final auction price for the winning bidder.

Pilot certificate is required if flying the aircraft from the property.
No test flights will be allowed. Inspections are available by appointment through the Q&A section.
