Detailed Description
This is not just an award-winning JetExec; it is a part of aviation history. For one, C-GXHT became the first amateur-built helicopter in Canada to be powered by a turbine engine.
The helicopter was flown to Oshkosh from Western Canada twice. The trip covered 3,000 miles in 2002, and 4,000 miles in 2004, going as far as Homer Bell's for his legendary fly-in near Cincinnati. At Oshkosh 2002, C-GXHT was presented with the Outstanding Workmanship Award.
There are 468 hours on the helicopter overall, and 293.5 with the turbine. Two very significant improvements are a servo adjustable horizontal trim and collective friction.
