Detailed Description

Two owner King Air.  First buyer bought it new.  I bought it two years ago.  Former owner leased planes for charter.  Sold their company two years ago and retired.  They were in their 80s at the sale.
Plane is in excellent condition with no damage history.  TT = 17,450, engines = 7200, props 935 each 7/2017.
All avionics including newer Garmin 625 and color radar, and Century IV work very well.
Paint is a solid 7-8 with good paint and some patches on boots. Paint slightly coming off on inner right engine (pictured).  Seven place interior is also a 7-8 with no table hardware.  Panel is excellent with a full set of copilot instruments.  There are some scratches on one rear panel left side window.  No scratches on the window itself.
Airplane holds altitude exactly where it should be.  -21 engines running very well.  Useful load is 1300 lbs with full fuel.  
Airplane #3 and #4 phase inspections done in late January, 2023.
  Landing gear due in 4 years from now.
