    TurboProp Beechcraft King Air 100 Series

    The Beechcraft King Air 100 series has the capacity for 1-2 crew members and 13 passengers. The maximum speed is 265 knots (307 mph, 492 km/h). The rate of climb is 2,140 ft/min (10.87 m/s). The empty weight is 7092 lb (3212 kg) and the maximum takeoff weight is 11,800 lb (5352 kg).

    The Model 100 was introduced in 1969. The 100 was superseded by the A100 in 1972. The A100 featured an increase in maximum takeoff weight to 11,500 lb (5220 kg), increased fuel capacity by 94 US gallons, and four-bladed propellers. Introduced in 1976, the B100 was equipped with 715 shp Garrett AiResearch TPE-331 engines and an increase in maximum takeoff weight to 11,800 lb (5350 kg). The Super King Air 200 was developed form the King Air 100.
