KNOWN ICE, Air Conditioning, LOW maintenance Roomy 8 place interior with a potty & good useful load. N99BT was owned by a friend of mine for over 20 years, His untimely passing has put it up for sale. Fresh inspections, new GARMIN 375 has it ADSB compliant with weather and traffic. 7100TT with plenty of time left on the motors.
