Message From the Owner
I purchased this aircraft to Add-On my CFI and CFI-I Certificates as well as Time-Build just like the previous corporate pilot owners did. It has served me very, very well. It is very dependable and easy to fly. Fuel burns about 7gph. (6.75gph if 1350 EGT) Most recent Cross-County trip Oil consumption was only 12 oz. for 5 hours at 2400rpm; NO JOKE! With the added Wolf Air-Oil Separator engine oil temps stay at or below 200 and can run with max 8 qts continuously with NO overflow out the breather. You can open dipstick with just fingers its so cool. Excellent bird for Flight Training.
This 1969 Cessna 172/Skyhawk is an excellent find! The air frame is solid, it has low total time and comes with a complete set of original logs. The engine, while higher time since major overhaul is running strong. The plane is IFR equipped with a Garmin GNS 530 as primary communication/navigation. If you were looking for a great, well equipped Skyhawk Without spending lots of cash, this is your chance. At this price it will not be available for very long, so be sure to contact us right away!
