Luhtech Jet's Owner and President Mark Luhtala has extensive experience in the aircraft maintenance field and has over 20 years experience as a technician/manager. Starting as a lineman, Mark developed a deep passion for Aviation. Mark is a graduate of Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, Illinois with a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Aviation Management and a Associates of Science Degree in Aviation Flight. Mark acquired his Airframe and Power Plant License at Gateway Technical College in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Mark also holds a Commercial Pilot Certificate and has over 3000 hours in piston, turbo prop and jet aircraft.

Mark incorporated Luhtech Jet in 2000 and has been expanding services steadily to meet demand.
